At Saukins, we partner with Shipmozo, a trusted logistics and shipping aggregator, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
Delivery availability is subject to serviceability of your pin code by our courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight & dimensions
Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your order can be tracked using the tracking link shared via email/SMS.
Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeline, please contact us at business.saukins@gmail.com.
In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to incorrect address, unavailability, or courier issues, the order may be returned to us.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact information.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Shipmozo works with multiple courier partners to minimize risks.
If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos for assistance.
