Because of this personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been confirmed.
We request you to kindly double-check your measurements, fabric selection, and other details before placing your order. Our team is always available to guide you through the process to ensure you make the right choice.
However, in the rare event of:
• Receiving a damaged product, or
• An error from our end in customization (wrong size, fabric, or style delivered)
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.
